How do I connect my Shopify store and publish images?

Connect your store once from Connectors in your profile: press Connect on the Shopify card and install The New Black AI from the Shopify App Store. Then open any creation, press Publish, choose Shopify and the product, and the image or video joins that product's media. Publishing to Shopify comes with every plan, from Starter at $15 a month.
  1. 1.Open your profile and go to the Connectors tab.
  2. 2.On the Shopify card, press Connect. The Shopify App Store opens on The New Black AI.
  3. 3.Install the app on your store and approve it. Back in Connectors, the card shows your store and the number of products synced.
  4. 4.In the studio, open the image or video you want on your store.
  5. 5.Press Publish and choose Shopify.
  6. 6.Pick the product the visual belongs to, then press Publish now.

Good to know

  • A store connects once. Every creation you make afterwards can be published to it, and your catalogue is imported so you can generate from your own product photos.
  • If the card says « not connected yet », the app is installed but Shopify is waiting for you to choose a plan there: press Finish on Shopify.
  • Only the account owner sees Connectors. A team member publishes once the owner has granted them publishing in the Team tab.
  • A creation that is live on a product page is protected: it cannot be edited in place, so make a new creation from it instead.
  • Videos publish the same way as images.
