The New Black AI

What if a result has issues or distortions?

Updated on November 3, 2026

Run it again first: each generation is a new take, and a second try often fixes a hand, a pattern or a logo. To fix one part only, use Edit an Area on the result (1 credit on Standard, 3 on Pro). A generation that fails or is blocked costs nothing: its credits return to your balance automatically. If a defect keeps coming back, contact support with the creation.
A studio photo of a model retouched with Edit an Area, only the chosen part changed, pose and light untouched

Fix it step by step

  1. 1.Press Generate again with the same settings. A different take is the quickest fix for a deformed hand, a strange fold or a blurred print.
  2. 2.Try the Pro tier. It costs 3 credits for an image instead of 1 on Standard and keeps fine details, small text and patterns more faithfully.
  3. 3.Fix one zone with Edit an Area: put the result in Your image, paint the part to change and write in Edit what it should be, for example « a plain gold button ». Outside the painted area the image stays as it is.
  4. 4.Change the starting photo if the same defect repeats: a sharper, straighter, better lit product photo gives a more faithful garment. See What kind of photo should I upload?
  5. 5.Finish with Enhance Photo to HD (2K/4K) when the image is right but you need more resolution: 1 credit on Standard, 3 on Pro.

Other tools that repair a result

  • Change a Color changes the colour of one piece without touching the rest.
  • Expand Image widens the frame to a new ratio when a head or a shoe is cut, for 1 credit.
  • Change Background puts the same model and outfit in a new setting, 1 credit on Standard and 3 on Pro.
  • Swap Model and Face Swap change the person while the clothes stay.

When a generation fails

A failed generation shows a short message on its tile, for example « This generation took too long and was canceled » or « Blocked by our safety filter ». In both cases nothing is charged: the credits come back to your balance by themselves. The safety filter sometimes stops a harmless request; try again, and if it repeats, avoid words like skin, body or bare and use a reference photo with less skin visible.

When to contact support

Write to us from Contact when the same defect appears on several tries, when a garment detail is always lost, or when a generation stays in progress for a long time. Name the workflow and the creation, so we can open it and look at exactly what you saw.
