Yes. A photo with the head cropped out works as a product photo, because the workflow reads the garment. Keep the whole garment in the frame.

A sharp, evenly lit, straight front view of the whole piece, laid flat, on a hanger, on a mannequin or worn. Read more

Yes. Product to Model and Virtual Try-On take up to three products, so a bag or a hat can be one of them, and you can describe the rest of the look in the styling field.

Yes. Every workflow has fields for the model, the pose and the scene, and Free Prompt Image makes an image from your own brief.

In the last two weeks, half of all product photos on a model were ready in about 20 seconds on Standard and 40 seconds on Pro. A video from one photo takes about two and a half minutes.

A file that is not JPG, PNG or WebP, or is over 20 MB, is refused at upload. Some requests are stopped by our safety filter; try again, and use a reference with less skin visible if it repeats. Read more

No. A generation that fails or is blocked returns its credits to your balance automatically.

Yes, with bulk generation from the Pro plan, in batches of 30, 50 or 100. Read more

Credits pay for generations: a product photo on a model costs 1 credit on Standard, 3 on Pro and 7 on Ultra. Starter gives 200 credits a month, enough for 200 Standard images. Full price list

Open the account menu from your profile picture at the top right, or Profile then Billing. The price of each generation shows on the Generate button before you spend anything.

They stay in your balance. Each month your plan adds its credits as long as your balance is under your plan's bank: Starter 700, Pro 2,000, Business 4,000 and Enterprise 12,000.

Buy a credit pack (100 credits for $10, 500 for $45, or 1,000 for $79 from the Pro plan up), or add another plan: plans add up.

Yes. From Profile then Billing you can pause for one, two or three months, add a plan or cancel.

Yes. Every new account gets free credits to start, and the Standard tier works without a plan.

A yearly plan costs ten months instead of twelve. We do not use discount codes.

No. The images are yours, with no usage fee. Read more
